Many of us feel quite shy and hesitant when talking about sex, but if you ask yourselves being quite honest, you'll find that there's nothing to be ashamed of or to be hesitant of. This is very natural, as the way we are brought up we are bound to form an idea that it is not right or wholesome to pay attention towards it. But the question, how long? I mean upto what age, we should abstain from it ? There must be a ritht age when we should know it. And there is. To be very frank, I cannot quote any specific age nor can it be quoted as far as I think.

There was a time when girls and boys were supposed to reach the door of adolscence at the age of 14 or 15, some sorces say that it was around 16 too. But today as the average living-age of human has decreased from 80 to 60, the adolscence behaviour and physical changes can easily be noticed from the age 12 only. In such a scenario, what I think is- one should have the knowldege of sex, sexual behaviours, changes, and dos and donts of it from the age quoted above.

 To have the information about and to be quite indulged in it, are two different things. As I told earlier, we are kept very aloof and at a distance from it even when we reach the right age. Many of us get to know about it from our older friends, mates or couligues. Is this a right thing? Well, it has been a matter of debate. But yes, one thing is very sure, that more we are made to be away from it, the more the curiousity to know it increases. Like if you say a child not climb the tree without making them aware of the consiquence, they think why? And its usually natural, finally they start exploring it at their level coming up with incomplete knowldege- which is more dangerous.

The wrong or unreal knowledge can lead to many problems. Just to make a point here- the most common and grim reason of spreading is the lack of sex- knowledge. Now I dont feel that there should be any reason to feel shy about it.
